How to Choose a Chiropractic Marketing Company: 8 Questions to Ask
October 28, 2026 · 6 min read
There's no shortage of chiropractic marketing companies. Most of their websites say the same things: more patients, proven systems, great results. The differences show up in how they actually work, and you find those out by asking the right questions before you sign anything.
1. What exactly do you deliver: leads, or booked patients?
This is the most important question. Many agencies deliver leads and stop there. That leaves your front desk calling people who filled out a form hours or days ago. Ask whether the agency calls, qualifies and books those leads for you, and who does it.
2. How fast is a new lead contacted, and on what days?
Interest fades in minutes, not days. Look for a team that calls every lead within minutes, including evenings and weekends, and keeps following up when someone doesn't answer. We cover why this matters in why most clinic leads never book.
3. Which platforms do you advertise on?
For most practices, Facebook and Instagram drive the bulk of new patients, with Google ads catching people who are actively searching. Ask how the budget is split and why. Our guide to Facebook ads for chiropractors explains what good campaigns look like.
4. Do you run campaigns for specific services?
A good agency builds separate campaigns for the care you want to grow, for example shockwave therapy and spinal decompression, neuropathy or knee pain, instead of one generic “new patient” ad.
5. Who makes the ad creative?
Ads wear out. Ask who writes and produces new creative, how often it's refreshed and whether you'll see condition-specific, UGC-style and patient-story ads tested against each other.
6. How do you measure results?
Cost per lead is easy to make look good. Ask to be measured on booked appointments, show-up rate and new patients started, and ask how often you'll review those numbers together.
7. What does the contract look like?
Long contracts protect the agency, not you. Month-to-month terms and performance-based pricing mean the agency has to keep earning your business.
8. Can I talk to practices like mine?
Ask for references or video testimonials from practices with similar services and markets. A chiropractic marketing company that does good work will be happy to share them.
